Welcome to Living Luminary: shining a light so others can follow

I just had a baby, you guys.

Finding out I was pregnant was a big surprise. I knew that birthing a new baby, bringing something new into the world was an evolution. But my beautiful baby Eva isn’t the only new life I’m bringing to the world. This blog is yet another.

I read other people’s blogs and when I do, I get so inspired by them. People are sharing authentically and writing about their lives. As I read, I often thought – “Hey! I’d like to do that!” So, that’s what I’m doing. My new blog is called Luminary: shining a light so that others may follow.

Starting this blog is another evolution, in a way. Not only that, but I’m launching a new blog, a space where I can share stories from my life and my thoughts. It’s a space where I hope that I can help others to see that they can create their own path and their own identities if they wish.

Here, you’ll find my thoughts and stories about how I live my curriculum, that is, my life. My inspirations. My family. My legendary love – all the things that inspire me, challenge me, and make me who I’m meant to be. This is going to be a space where I can share casually and reflect on everyday things that are both simple and significant – like going to the beach to watch the sunrise every day with my family. What a way to start the day!

The process of bringing something new into the world is a journey, and I’m still on that journey. I don’t exactly know what will happen with this blog, but I’ve had the privilege of doing many things, and I’m looking forward to what this new adventure brings.

A part of me would have wanted to know what the journey will bring, and would want control over it, but I’m in a space of allowing some vulnerability and authenticity. I want to share the journey with others and shine the light, however it’s meant to be.

I’m birthing something new here, and I’d love it if you’d join me in this journey. I just know it’s going to be magnificent, and I’d love to share the journey with you.
