Before the event, please do these three things:

2.  Put it on your calendar - Do it right now, before you forget!  
    Wednesday, August 10th from 9am until 10:30am PT 
   Thursday, August 11th from 9am until 10:30am PT
   Friday, August 12th from 9am until 10:30am PT
     
3. Join the Facebook group - this is where all the action will happen before, during and after the challenge! Be sure to introduce yourself and share your intention for joining the challenge :)
